We partner with you and your vendors to create a seamlessly elegant experience—refined in every detail, yet warmly personal from beginning to end.

Most couples book six to twelve months in advance to make the most of our time together.

From there, we begin with a thoughtful planning session, outlining the months ahead so you feel supported and at ease.

You’ve chosen your vendors, nailed down your design, colors, and budget, and now you just need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly. We step in during the final stages to help with vendor communication, confirm all contracts and details, lead your ceremony rehearsal, and manage the timeline so your day flows effortlessly.

We also handle the personal touches, like setting up your décor items, centerpieces, signage, escort cards, guest book, gift and card table, and memorial table, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration knowing every detail is cared for.

Designed for couples who want a seamless, fully supported experience from “yes” to “I do.”

From the very first planning conversation to the final song of the night, I’ll guide you through every decision, detail, and design element. I’ll handle vendor sourcing and management, budget creation, timeline development, design planning, and all the moving parts that bring your vision to life.

Together, we’ll create a cohesive, elevated celebration that feels deeply personal and beautifully curated.

My team and I will manage vendor communication, logistics, and day-of coordination—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment with your family and friends, knowing every detail is handled with care and intention.

Full-service Wedding Planning starts at $4000

Need to set up the ceremony arch, assemble aisle decor, tables, chairs, bar, or more. Or, need a room flip from ceremony to reception not provided by the venue?

End-of-night pack up all rentals, flowers, and tear down tables, chairs.One final clean-team to keep you in compliance with the venue contract.

Transportation Coordination

We source multiple luxury motocoach vendors in the Twin Cities for travel from hotels to your venue and back.
We'll create the logistic timeline, and provide quotes so you can make an informed decision as you provide a comfortable ride for your wedding party and guests.
