Wedding Day-of-Coordination is SO MUCH MORE than the day-of-the-event!

Some call it month-of coordination, others call it DOC or event management. Whatever the name, this service is so much more than showing up on your wedding morning. We partner with you and your vendors to create a seamlessly elegant experience—refined in every detail, yet warmly personal from beginning to end.

We recommend reserving your date at least five to six months in advance to make the most of our time together. From there, we begin with a thoughtful planning session, outlining the months ahead so you feel supported and at ease.

Around three to four months prior, we begin shaping your wedding day timeline, which becomes the backbone of a beautifully organized celebration.

​

Six to eight weeks before your wedding, we refine and polish—reviewing every detail, from vendors to décor to formalities—ensuring the entire day feels cohesive and intentional. We will meet in-person for a venue-walkthrough to understand its flow, layout, and unique opportunities, then address any additional questions about the details.

At three to four weeks out, we step in as your point of connection with vendors, confirming deliveries, timelines, and special requests so everyone is fully aligned.

​

On your wedding day, we’re present from the quiet arrival of the first vendor to the final farewell. With calm guidance and thoughtful attention to detail, we orchestrate the flow so that everything feels effortless. You’re free to be fully present—celebrating with the people you love most, and savoring the moments that will become lasting memories.

Wedding Coordination Packages include:

  • Planning consultations/professional recommendations

  • Scheduled meetings (virtual or in-person)

  • Responsive communication (email, phone, text)

  • Venue Walkthrough (in-person)

  • Ceremony script help if needed

  • Up to 2 hr ceremony rehearsal & walk-through

  • All-day coverage - We are there from start to finish

  • Detailed timeline building and management

  • Vendor check-ins & coordination

  • Troubleshooting unexpected issues

  • Complimentary decor (candle holders & faux greenery), inquire about availability

  • ​Guest table decor set up with your vendor team

  • Set up of memorial table, gifts & cards table, and escort cards.

  • End of night decor gathering and wrap up with your vendor team

  • Full event kit for use: sewing, personal care, phone chargers, tape,
    scissors, pins, first-aid, and so much more!

  • Please include coordinator(s) in meal count.

  • Travel within the Twin Cities metro area is included.
    Travel and accommodations outside the local area may be an additional fee.
