Perfect for couples who love planning their own wedding but want an experienced professional to bring it all together.

You’ve chosen your vendors, nailed down your design, colors, and budget, and now you just need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly. We step in a few months before the wedding to learn about your vision, create and manage a timeline, help with vendor communication, confirm all contracts and details, lead your ceremony rehearsal, and manage the flow of your intentional celebration.

We also handle the personal touches, like setting up your décor items, centerpieces, signage, escort cards, guest book, gift and card table, and memorial table, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration knowing every detail is cared for. We also inlcude some classic decor with the coordination package.

Wedding Full Planning

Designed for couples who want a seamless, fully supported experience from “yes” to “I do.”

From the very first planning conversation to the final song of the night, I’ll guide you through every decision, detail, and design element. I’ll handle vendor sourcing and management, budget creation, timeline development, design planning, and all the moving parts that bring your vision to life.

Together, we’ll create a cohesive, elevated celebration that feels deeply personal and beautifully curated.

My team and I will manage vendor communication, logistics, and day-of coordination so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment with your family and friends, knowing every detail is handled with care and intention.

Set up or Tear-down

For complete end-of-night peace of mind, this optional service expands on our standard tear-down to include furniture breakdown (tables and chairs), large décor disassembly, and a thorough venue clean-up. We ensure everything is cleared, packed, and organized so your family and friends can head home without lifting a finger.

Transportation Coordination

We source top luxury motorcoach vendors in the Twin Cities and provide a customized logistics timeline for your wedding day between multiple locations. We then, provide multiple quotes, making it easy for you to choose comfortable, reliable transportation for your wedding party and guests that fits within your budget.
